Our berry and cream cake is a combination of sweet and tangy treat for a refreshing summer experience. It is a layered vanilla cake with juicy blueberries, paired with raspberry- flavored cashew butter cream and home made raspberry jam.
Made using fresh blueberries and raspberries and flours like oats, almond, tapioca and rice. It is sweetened with raw organic khandsari with a tangy hint of seasonal berries.
It is vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free.
PAIRING NOTE:
Pairs best with bubble tea. It is the best summery cake if you are looking for a cake for a celebration we or to have it as your after meal cravings.
