For Delhi NCR Orders:

• Orders must be placed at least one day in advance. The cutoff time for next day delivery is 12:00 midnight.
• Deliveries within Delhi NCR are scheduled between 11:00 am to 08:00 pm. While we strive to deliver within this timeframe, please note that actual delivery timings may vary. Customers can also choose to pick up the order in case time constraints apply.
• In the event of unavoidable weather conditions or operational challenges, delays may occur. We will promptly communicate any such circumstances and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
• COD orders are restricted till Rs 2999.

For PAN INDIA Orders:

• Orders for customers across India are shipped via registered domestic courier companies. Your order will be dispatched the following day and typically arrives within 3 to 5 working days, depending on the destination and courier company norms.
• All deliveries will be made to the address provided during checkout. 
• Customers will receive updates regarding delivery status on their email address registered with us.
• COD orders are restricted till Rs 2999.
