Cinnamon Kitchen products are refined sugar-free, meaning they contain no white sugar, brown sugar, or high-fructose corn syrup. Instead, we use natural sweeteners like dates, khandsari, jaggery, honey, or monk fruit — depending on the product.
Is everything maida-free?
Absolutely! We do not use maida or refined wheat flour in any of our products. Our base flours include millets, almonds, amaranth, rice, and other wholesome grains — all naturally gluten-free and nutrient-dense.
Are your products suitable for kids?

Are your products vegan?
Most of our products are 100% vegan — no dairy, no eggs, and no animal-derived ingredients. Please check the product description or ingredient list to confirm, as a few items (like Maamoul) contain honey.
Do your products contain preservatives or additives?
Never. All Cinnamon Kitchen products are free from artificial preservatives, flavors, and colors. We believe in clean, honest food — made the way you would at home.

Do you use dairy or lactose in your recipes?

Yes, all our products are safe for people suffering from celiac disease or any type of gluten sensitivity. The Cinnamon Kitchen is among the largest gluten-free facilities in India. From sourcing our raw material to product preparation, everything is done very carefully so that there is no cross-contamination.

Instead of refined sugar, we use alternatives like dates, raw khandsari, jaggery, honey, coconut sugar, stevia, and monk fruit in our products.

No, we do not add any form of artificial preservatives, colour, or additives. We totally rely on natural ingredients.
Do your healthy snacks actually taste good, or do they taste like diet food?
It would be an injustice if we answered this question. But as per our customers’ review, we can definitely say that we are mostly loved because of our taste, and it is one of the major reasons we have become our customers' go-to snacks.
How do you keep products fresh without using preservatives?
We never believed in adding artificial preservatives or shortcuts to enhance the shelf life of our products. So, to maintain the freshness of our products, we make them in small batches, with real, thoughtful ingredients.
What's the difference between your Fresh Bakes (Delhi-NCR only) and shipped products?
Our fresh bakes include cakes, tarts, and breads, and they are available in Delhi NCR. Whereas our retail products like cookies, chips, and granolas are available for pan-India delivery due to their longer shelf life.
Why do you only deliver Fresh Bakes to Delhi-NCR and not pan-India?
Our fresh bakes are delicate and made without any artificial preservatives, which means they taste best when delivered fresh and quickly. To offer the best quality to our customers, we are currently delivering to them in Delhi NCR.
