Are all your products gluten-free?
Yes! Every product at Cinnamon Kitchen is 100% gluten-free. We don’t use wheat, refined flour, or maida. Instead, we bake with a blend of millets, almond flour, oats, and other naturally gluten-free flours to keep your snacks clean and gut-friendly.
Do you use refined sugar in your products?
Cinnamon Kitchen products are refined sugar-free, meaning they contain no white sugar, brown sugar, or high-fructose corn syrup. Instead, we use natural sweeteners like dates, khandsari, jaggery, honey, or monk fruit — depending on the product.
Is everything maida-free?
Absolutely! We do not use maida or refined wheat flour in any of our products. Our base flours include millets, almonds, amaranth, rice, and other wholesome grains — all naturally gluten-free and nutrient-dense.
Are your products suitable for kids?
Yes — most of our products are loved by children! They’re made with clean, simple ingredients you’d find in your own kitchen. For kids with specific dietary needs (like keto or low-sugar), we recommend checking the ingredient list or reaching out to us.
Are your products vegan?
Most of our products are 100% vegan — no dairy, no eggs, and no animal-derived ingredients. Please check the product description or ingredient list to confirm, as a few items (like Maamoul) contain honey.
Do your products contain preservatives or additives?
Never. All Cinnamon Kitchen products are free from artificial preservatives, flavors, and colors. We believe in clean, honest food — made the way you would at home.
Are your snacks suitable for people with PCOS?
Yes! Many of our products are PCOS-friendly — made with low GI ingredients, no refined sugar, and hormone-balancing flours like almond and millet. Look for the “PCOS-friendly” tag on product pages.
Do you use dairy or lactose in your recipes?
No dairy or lactose is used in any of our vegan offerings. We use nut milks, coconut cream, and olive oil to create rich flavors and textures — without any animal milk or butter
Are your cakes and cookies suitable for diabetics?
We have special keto and low-carb options that are sweetened with monk fruit, stevia, or xylitol — perfect for people watching their blood sugar. Always check the sweetener used and consult your nutritionist if unsure.
Can your cakes be customized for dietary needs?
While we don’t offer customization for individual orders right now, we do take bulk/corporate orders where custom flavors or ingredients can be discussed. Please contact us directly for such requests.
Are your products safe for people with nut allergies?
Many of our products contain almonds, cashews, or peanuts. Even those that don’t may be processed in the same facility. If you have a severe nut allergy, we recommend caution and checking our allergen information before ordering.
How should I store my snacks and cakes?
Most of our snacks can be stored in a cool, dry place. Cakes and perishable items should be refrigerated immediately and consumed within 2–4 days. Always refer to storage instructions on the product page.
