DESCRIPTION:
Our lemon and poppy seed cake is a tangy and light cake for any occasion. It is a moist vanilla cake with lemon zest and lemon juice which makes is very refreshing and light. It is then topped with dollops of creamy coconut cream and zesty lemon curd.
It is sweetened with organic raw khandsari and is made using oats, tapioca, rice and almond flour. It’s refreshing flavor and tanginess is coming from lemons. Not to forget it is vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free.
It can be perfectly paired with green tea or earl gray tea.
