Mango Tart is tropical, refreshing, lightly sweet and rustic. The base of our tart is made with pearl millet and almonds, filled with homemade alphonso mango curd that’s naturally sweetened with honey. Each bite is bright, smooth, and comforting.
Pairing Notes: Pair beautifully with jasmine tea or sparkling mango kombucha.
