What makes it even better is that it's soft and moist, just like regular bread. It also has added psyllium husk for better digestion. Having dedicated a considerable amount of time to refining our gluten-free bread recipe, we have finally achieved perfection!
INGREDIENTS:
Rice (35%), Jowar (15%), Oats (18%), Potato starch ( 12%), Cornflour (20%), Psyllium husk, Himalayan pink salt, Olive oil, Yeast (3 gms)
SHELF LIFE & STORAGE:
Keep refrigerated and consume within 5-6 days of receiving, microwave the slice of bread for 30 seconds with a splash of water.
Note: Our bread is vegan, gluten free, made with millets and flour free
