Our chiku and fig tart is a delicious combination of tropical and fall flavors, it is guilt free and has got a vegan crust. It’s a tart with moist vanilla sponge topped with refreshing chiku cream made with fresh chiku puree. Topped with figs caramelized in jaggery with hint of fall season spices like cinnamon and ginger.
Its made with millets like jowar and also has flours like oats, almond, tapioca, rice and flax seed. It has sweetness of organic raw khandsari, nonetheless, it’s mostly sweetened by sweetness of ripen chiku.
Pairing notes: It can be paired with cold coffee or chilled milkshake.
