DESCRIPTION:
Our mango and coconut cake will make you feel like you’re on a tropical vacation. It is a simple and moist cake with a vanilla sponge, mango puree and chunks of mango that makes it extremely light and juicy. It is then topped with layers of velvety coconut cream and mango puree.
It is made with Oats Flour, Almond, Tapioca and Rice Flour. It is sweetened lightly with raw organic khandsari, however, most of the sweetness comes from mangoes and of course, it is vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free.
Pairing Notes:
Pairs best with Cold-Brew Coffee, Vietnamese Latte or Vanilla Boba Tea.
