The cake was different and yummy. The subtle orange flavor with the topping of white chocolate was a great combination. I always had orange flavor with dark chocolate, so it was the first time; I relished it. The best thing about this cake is when it dissolves in the mouth. For me important was it didn't shoot the sugar to a crazy level as it happens with any other cakes. It had a slight impact on sugar levels. My mother is diabetic. She had a large portion at night, and the next day morning, her sugar level was in level.
