Ingredients for Gluten free pizza

  • Gluten free flour - 1cup
  • Olive oil -25g
  • Water - 125g
  • Avocado - 1/4 of 1 whole avocado
  • Cherry tomato - 4 nos
  • Sweet corn -20g
  • Pea pesto -30g
  • Vegan cheese - optional
  • Oregano - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step-by-Step Guide to Making Gluten free pizza

  1. Mix together flour, salt, water and oil to form a dough, rest the dough for 10 mins.
  2. Divide the dough into two portions and roll each into a thin pizza base (1/8th of an inch thick). Bake the bases at 200°C (fan setting 1) for 10 minutes.
  3. Once baked, spread pea pesto on top and garnish with sliced avocado, half cut cherry tomato, boiled sweet corns, some oregano, salt and drizzle on olive oil.
  4. Bake the pizza at 180°C for 20 mins at fan setting 1.
  5. Cut and serve hot.

Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for 2 days.
