  • ​​120 ml/ ½ cup almond/ oats milk
  • ¾ tsp sugar
  • 2 pinch of salt
  • 5ml/ 1tsp vinegar
  • 240 ml/ 1+¼ cups olive oil

  • Hand blender or mixture machine

Step-by-Step Guide to making Vegan Mayonnaise 

  1. Chill soya milk and olive oil in the freezer up until it's very chill but not frozen.
  2. Now, in a blender jar put  vinegar, salt, sugar, soya milk and start blending.
  3. Slowly start adding oil to it to turn it into a creamy paste.
