Ingredients
  • Boiled peas- 1+1/2 cups
  • Lemon-1/2
  • Garlic cloves -5 nos
  • Basil leaves - 1 cup
  • Cashews - 15g
  • Olive oil-3 tbsp
  • Sea salt for taste
  • Black pepper for taste

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Boil green peas until they are soft.
  2. Add boiled peas, basil, cashews, garlic cloves, basil leaves and olive oil in a mixture jar blend together to make a coarse paste.
  3. Lastly add salt, black pepper and lemon as per taste.

Equipments required: mixture or blender

Storage: Store in airtight containers or jar for up to 1 week.
