Ingredients
- Boiled peas- 1+1/2 cups
- Lemon-1/2
- Garlic cloves -5 nos
- Basil leaves - 1 cup
- Cashews - 15g
- Olive oil-3 tbsp
- Sea salt for taste
- Black pepper for taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Boil green peas until they are soft.
- Add boiled peas, basil, cashews, garlic cloves, basil leaves and olive oil in a mixture jar blend together to make a coarse paste.
- Lastly add salt, black pepper and lemon as per taste.
Equipments required: mixture or blender
Storage: Store in airtight containers or jar for up to 1 week.
