The cookies were amazing as usual and tasted really good. However, unlike my first order, this time all the cookies I received were completely crushed, almost in powdered form. It was quite disappointing to receive them in this condition. If required, I can also attach a picture for reference.
Worst I have tried the cookie came completely broken , crumbled , dry.
The taste was awesome, but the packaging was not good at all. Unfortunately, I received broken biscuits, which affected the overall experience. I hope you improve the packaging or choose a better courier partner to ensure the products arrive in perfect condition.

Can you please come up with a low in sugar option too for people like us I think the cocoa chunk has sufficient sugar you don’t have to add sugar for the almond flour
The taste was good but the cookies were all crumbled and stuck to the packets, it was very difficult to have them that way

Taste is amazing, not for a single second. I felt like I wasted my money, but please you people have to improve your packaging. The cookie melts during the transportation and it’s literally become difficult to eat from the packet. If possible, try to send the cookies in one single cardboard box or one single packet.

Is everything maida-free?
Absolutely! We do not use maida or refined wheat flour in any of our products. Our base flours include millets, almonds, amaranth, rice, and other wholesome grains — all naturally gluten-free and nutrient-dense.
